How to Get Involved
We
welcome you to join us for Sunday worship at 10:30 a.m. (September through
May). During the summer we come together for worship at 9:30 a.m. We
invite you to share a cup of coffee and some fellowship following worship each
Sunday. We look forward to meeting you!
An
Inquirer's Class is periodically offered for people interested in finding out
more about our congregation and faith. For information about upcoming
classes, please contact the church office at (518) 374-4464, or by e-mailing us
at upc@nycap.rr.com.
We
offer an array of volunteer activities to suit the needs and interests of
everyone. Getting involved is easy... work with our children and
youth; help deliver furniture to needy families via the Home Furnishings
Program; sort donated items for the twice yearly Bargain Sale; visit with
shut-ins; work in the SICM Food Pantry or a local soup kitchen; help out in the
office with photocopying and mailing; spend a day preparing lunches for children
in the park; or sew a lap quilt for a shut-in.
